On the 14th of December 2020 I started up the laptop from my employer but Microsoft Outlook. Teams and Onedrive could not connect. Also another application that uses a passthrough Microsoft login would not work and spit out this error:
Request Id: [some unique id] Correlation Id: [some unique id] Timestamp: 2020-12-14T08:37:39Z Message: AADSTS90033: A transient error has occurred. Please try again.
Now if you look up this error you’ll find a lot of Microsoft VP that mention a disturbance in the Microsoft services. Now I found a status page from Microsoft that gives you all the services and if they’re good. Now in my Region Europe there was nothing to see.
Now what I want to say is, even if you can’t find a services that is down, you can’t do much about it. Maybe you can call the helpdesk of your employer to make a call for this problem, maybe they can do something with the interconnectivity with Microsoft.
In my case the problems didn’t persist and after an hour everything worked again.
